Management

We pride ourselves with leading by example on qualifications and training courses. Our management are fully trained to comply with all current health and safety legislation and are engaged in our training regime at all levels.

The Site Team

Our aim is to offer a professional and yet friendly team spirited approach to all our projects. This has resulted in our extensive repeat business portfolio of workload since our conception in March of 2003. Our approach to problem solving during the project with a non-confrontational approach to agreeing final accounts has also maintained our client / consultant base.

Aftercare

We recognise that a job well done is easily soured by a lack of aftercare when the client has occupied the building. Our Contracts Managers are backed up by our Maintenance Manager who visits each site during construction to associate himself with the project. We aim for minimal defects at Practical Completion and resolution of any problems with immediate effect.
