The client required the delivery of two separate drive-thru outlets within the existing MOTO Woolley Edge motorway service area. The scope encompassed new build construction to shell and core stage, involving the development of the building structures alongside all associated infrastructure and external works necessary to integrate the units into the service station environment.

Site Description

The Southbound KFC site is situated within the MOTO Woolley Edge SB Service Station, while the Greggs is located at the NB Service Station. Both sites are nestled within established motorway service stations that host multiple existing retail and food outlets.

Importantly, the construction works were executed without any disruption to the existing structures or facilities. The build sites are located on parcels of the existing car park at each service station, allowing the construction phases to be isolated from day-to-day service station operations.
