A big congratulations to Zoe Charlesworth on her promotion to Finance Manager! 👏
Since joining NU Construction nearly two years ago, Zoe has played a key role in streamlining and strengthening our finance operations, from bringing payroll in-house to taking ownership of our management accounts.
Her new role as Finance Manager sees her stepping into a wider leadership position, now line managing three team members and continuing to support our commercial teams with accurate month-end cost reporting and performance tracking. She’s already making an impact by improving processes, delegating effectively, and identifying cost-saving opportunities for the business.
