Following on from a previous successful contracts, NU Construction were awarded this JCT Intermediate 2016 contract to reconfigure the existing storage facility.
To allow minimal disruption to our client’s existing operations the works were segregated into two distinct areas working concurrently.
Scope of Works
- Demolitions and alterations within vacant unit
- Construction of new mezzanine
- Fit out of TC07 unit to provide new storage units
- New external escape staircase and external elevation alterations
- Alterations to existing first floor storage units to create smaller units
- Demolitions and alterations to 2 retail units
- Installation of new storage units within space created
- Reception and staff area alterations and reconfiguration.
