NU Construction was awarded the contract to refurbish Booth Royd House, Rastrick.
The project comprised refurbishment, repair and alterations to provide children’s home accommodation to include:
External wind and weathertight repairs
Remodelling of external grounds
Alterations to external openings
Comprehensive internal refurbishment and associated repairs
M&E installation
Replacement of 3 no boilers and associated works
