A £1.5M conversion of an existing Grade 2 listed building from a burned out shell of a structure to form a 40 bedroom student accommodation complex of 19 studios and 7 four bed apartments.

This involved major steel framework, new floors throughout, re-roofing, new and refurbished windows and a complete fit-out and furnished for the occupation of students.
