NU Construction were awarded this contract to reroof and carry out internal refurbishment works to Block A Southmoor Industrial Estate, Wythenshaw for Wainwrights.
Works included erection of netting and handrails including demarcation, removal of roof sheets and glazing, fit new gutter and roof sheets, demolition of internal offices to main warehouse, decoration of main office block, remedial works to fire boarding and shot blast, prime and paint floor.
