Chancery Place Office Refurbishment.

NU Construction were awarded this contract to refurbish floors 1-4, Chancery House, Manchester.

Works to the Grade A office accommodation included: -

  • Stripping out of existing furniture, ceilings, partitions and light fittings
  • Stripping out rolling filing system
  • New M&E Services to accommodate open plan office environment
  • New flooring
  • Toilet refurbishment
  • Decoration, ceiling works and cleaning.

Following the successful refurbishment of floors 1-4 in January 2021, we were awarded the exclusive 14th floor office refurbishment and works to the adjoining external terrace lounge as well as works to the reception area, again very exclusive and high-end refurbishment using unfamiliar methods of materials. 

The works were undertaken over two phases whilst keeping the reception and tenant access fully operational. 

April 2022 sees us being awarded the refurbishment to the 13th floor; works are ongoing.
