NU Construction were awarded this design and build project to deliver a new warehouse/production unit at Bilsthorpe, Nottingham containing an office, reception, welfare area and toilets.
The works comprised new ground floor slab, metal profiled cladding to external walls and roof. Internally, we constructed a new office block comprising of blockwork walls, ceilings, decoration and finishes, M&E. Externally the parking area received new drainage and a tarmac finish complete with white lining and landscaping
This was all delivered whilst maintaining access for the existing business and without affecting their busy day to day operations
