Groundworks – pile caps & ground beams, concrete blinding, service and drainage, pour foundations, attenuation tank instal and drainage
Installation of steel frame
Concrete slab
Instal Quadcore cladding including roof works
New doors & glazing
M&E
External works – new kerbs, fence posts & knee rails, tarmac, paving, white lining, street furniture and seating, parking stops and cycle hoops.
